Mike and Shelli Roberts, a Berkeley County native, have 4 children and 5 grandchildren.

They attend Mt. Zion Episcopal Church in Hedgesville where Mike is an elected Junior Warden.

Mike retired from General Motors after 37 years of serving in elected leadership positions. Mike has negotiated labor and safety contracts.

Mike has worked and paid taxes since the age of 16.

Mike worked at General Motors to pay his way in college. He attended West Virginia University where he received OSHA safety certifications for General Industry.

After he retired, Mike started his own Safety Consulting Business for General Industry and volunteered for his church and the American Red Cross. He enjoys hunting, fishing and white water rafting with his family.
